Box 8035, Wellington, C.l. 3651 CHRISTCHURCH CITY COUNCIL LAYING OFF STREET OFF MUIRSON AVENUE IT IS HEREBY publicly notified that the following resolution was adopted at a Special Meeting of the Christchurch City Council held in the City Council Chamber, 194 Manchester street, Christchurch, at 8.30 p.m., on Monday, August 10, 1959: “In pursuance of the powers vested in it by Section 186 of the Municipal Corporations Act. 1954. the Christchurch City Council hereby resolves by ivay ol Special Order to permit the laying off of a street off Muirson avenue, at a width for all of its length of fifty feet through Pt. Lot 2 D.P. 7099 being Pts. R.S.’s 221 and 222 being part of the land contained in Certificate of Title Volume 659 Folio 26. August 10, 1959: “In pursuance of the powers vested in it by Section 186 of the Municipal Corporations Act, 1954, the Christchurch City Council hereby resolves by way of Special Order to permit the laying off of a street off Hoon Hay road, at a width for most of its length of 54 feet through Lots 4 and 5 D.P. 12918, Pt.
