PROBATION FOR SCHOOL BOY
Dangerous Driving Charge

HAMILTON, August 25
An 18-year-old school boy. Christopher Leigh North, was placed on probation for a year by Mr L. M. Inglis, S.M., in the Magistrate's Court at Hamilton for driving at a speed that might have been dangerous- His driving licence was cancelled for two years.
The Magistrate said North might have learned some sense by that time.
Traffic Officer N. J. Williams said North passed five intersections in the city at speeds between 50 m.p.h. and 55 m.p.h. It was a foggy night.
