(New Zealand Press Association) WELLINGTON, August 25.
Mr J. H. George (Opposition. Otago Central) asked the Minister of Justice (Mr Mason) at question time in the House of Representatives today if he would explain the Government's decision to reduce the status of the Licensing Control Commission to the level of a part-time organisation when there was every probability that matters of licensing reform were likely to loom large both in public and in Parliamentary circles.
