IT is hereby publicly notified that the following resolution was adopted at a Special Meeting of the Christchurch City Council held m the City Council Chamber. 194 Manchester st, Christchurch, at 8.15 p.m. on Mondav. July 20, 1959: "In pursuance of the powers vested in it by Section 186 of the Municipal Corporations Act. 1954, the Christchurch Citv Council hereby resolves byway of special order to permit the laying off of the continuation of Dundee place at a width for all of its length of 50 feet til rough Pt. Lot 3 D.P. 17103 being Pt. R.S. 76 and being part of the land contained in Certificate of Title Volume 234 Folio 222 Pt. cancelled and through Lot 3 D.P. 19087 being Pt. R.S. 76, Canterbury Registry, subject to the condition that no part of anybuilding shall stand within 15 feet of the side lines of the street." Pursuant to the Town and Country Planning Regulations, 1954, Amedment No. 1, 1956, Public Notice is hereby given that the regional planning I scheme under the Town and Country Planning Act, 1953. and i’s amendments for Section one (rural Zone) of the Christchurch Region, after all objections and appeals relating to the scheme have been disposed of and the scheme has been modified to give effect to all objections and appeals allowed and all modifications of the scheme required by’ the Town and Country Planning Appeal Board have been incorporated, is now deemed to be approved, and shall therefore become operative on the first day of September. 1959.
