PURSUANT to Section 6 of the Potato Growing Industry Act. 1950, which provides for' one grower member on the Board to retire each year, and under the provisions of the Potato Board Election Regulation?, 1951, nominations are invited for the election of one member on the Board to represent growers in the Central Ward (the Westland Land District together with that part of the South Island north of the Rakaia river). Nomination forms and full particulars of persons entitled to vote, etc., may be had on application to the Returning Officer, the offices of the Department of Agriculture at Blenheim, Nelson.
