DUCON BONUS ISSUE
Holding Company To Be Formed
Ducon Condenser, Ltd., will form a holding company with an exchange of shares involving a one-for-two bonus element. Ordinary shareholders will get six 5s shares for each two 10s shares held.
Ordinary capital of the new company will be £1,406,625, compared with the present £937,750. Holders of the 100,000 5J per cent. 20s preference shares will be offered a share-for-share exchange, with an increase in dividend to 7 per cent.
