Auckland Teams Beat Poverty Bay
(New Zealand Press Association) AUCKLAND. August 2. Auckland senior and junior hockey teams defeated Poverty Bay teams at Auckland on Saturday. The margin of 8 goals to 0 in the senior game flattered the winners, who showed indifferent form for the greater part of the game. The scorers were A Hyde <4> G Swift (2), B. Whineray and M Wallan.
