DIAMOND HARBOUR SEWERAGE
Council Agrees To Reopen Question The Lyttelton Borough Council decided last evening to reopen the question of the extension of the Diamond Harbour sewer system. Two letters were received from the Diamond Harbour Burgesses’ Association on the subject. A resolution, moved by Cr. W. Morris, and seconded by Cr. A. F. Champion, that the matter be reopened and a letter - be sent to the association, suggesting that a further public meeting be called and that the council be invited to attend, was carried.
