High Scout Award Conferred
(New Zealand Pres* Association) NEW PLYMOUTH, July 19. The highest award in the Boy Scout movement, the Silver Wolf, has been awarded to the Dominion Chief Commissioner of the Boy Scouts Association of New Zealand, Major-General L. K. Lockhart, of New Plymouth, by the chief scout for the British Commonwealth and Empire, Lord Rowallan. The Silver Wolf is an award which is rarely made and can be given only by the Chief Scout himself.
