Cigarettes, Tobacco Worth £150 Stolen
(New Zealand Press Association) TAURANGA, July 19. Cigarettes and tobacco, worth about £l5O, and £lO in cash, were last night taken from the Hospital Store, a shop on Cameron road, Tauranga. The thieves gained entry through a window after trying to jemmy open the shop door. The shop proprietor (Mr J. E. Wray) said today that the stock had only been delivered to the shop a day before. ' It was the second theft at the shop in the last five years.
