SYDNEY, July 19. A Sydney man whose skull was pierced by an eight-inch spanner when a beer keg exploded, died yesterday after an 18-hour fight to save him. The man, Thomas Brown, aged 62, of Ketnbla Heights, was a trustee of the Kembla Heights Bowling Club, where the accident occurred.
