MINOR FIRES
A unit from the Central Fire Station was called to a chimney fire in a house owned by Joseph Cassidy, 42 Ferry road, at 2.29 p.m yesterday. A call to an oven fire at 334 Barbadoes street, owned by Mrs J. Jalton, was attended by a unit from the Central station. No damage was caused.
