Take-Over Bid By Cranleigli
(New Zealand Press Association) WELLINGTON, June 24.
Dominion Rubber announce an offer has been received from Cranleigh Development Corporaation (N.Z.) Ltd, to acquire the ordinary share capital at a price of 59s 8d for each £1 ordinary share. Full details will be issued to shareholders as soon as is reasonably practicable.
