MR SEAN LEMASS, who has been elected Prime Minister of the Irish Republic in the Dail by 75 votes to 51. Mr Lemass. of the tanna Fail Party, is the Republic’s former Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Industry Commerce. He succeeded Mr Eamon de Valera, who was last week elected President.
