REGISTRATION AS DOCTOR
Miss S. F. Whittingham Readmitted
(New Zealand Pres* Association) WELLINGTON, June 22.
The Medical Council of New Zealand readmitted Miss Senga Florence Whittingham to registration as a doctor on April 29, an inspection of the Medical Register showed today.
A cabled message from Sydney says Dr. Whittingham intends to apply for registration as a doctor in Australia. She is at present working in the pathology branch of the Australian Red Cross blood transfusion service. Leaves are, in effect, the lungs of a tree. The underside of each leaf is pitted with thousands of porelike stomata, innnitesimal openings through which the leaf inhales and exhales oxygen and carbon dioxide.
