It is now desired to appoint a Research Officer whose primary interests would be in the physiology of the ewe—the mechanisms involved in ovulation and oestrus, mating behaviour, and fertility and fecundity. Work is required both in the Laboratory and in the field, and ecological aspects will be given special attention. QUALIFICATIONS: University Honours degree in Science or Agricultural Science, or a degree in Veterinary Science, with some years of post-graduate research, not necessarily in this specialised subject. An appointee in the Research Officer grade would initially work under the supervision of a senior officer.
