Design Award Made To Wellington Woman
iNew Zealana Press Association/ WELLINGTON, May 27.
The Association of New Zealand Art Societies has announced an award for 1959 to Miss Susan Skerman, of Wellington, of £5OO to enable her to follow through a project in painting and design. A graduate of the Canterbury University School of Art, Miss Skerman continued her studies for nearly two years at the Central School of Arts and Crafts, London, where she has specialised in textile design. .
