Seven subscribers have guaranteed Superannuation Investments, Ltd. <a superannuation fund for self-em-ployed persons) to the extent of £lOO each. Each subscriber's liability is limited by guarantee up to £lOO.
One of the subscribers said yesterday that this form of company was considered more appropriate than a limited liability company, as it was a non-profit making concern.
