Australian Boxer Wins At Dunedin
(New Zealana Press Association) INVERCARGILL, May 27. Phil Wallace, aboriginal welterweight boxer, beat Roy Holt, of Dunedin, over 10 rounds in the Civic Theatre tonight.. Holt weighed in at lOst 5y 2 lb, half a pound heavier than the Australian.
Wallace did all the leading and was in front all the way. In the last round he opened out in a non-stop rally and punished Holt at will with both hands.
