Missing
(Rec. 10.30 p.m.) HAVANA (Cuba), May 27
Search planes will fan out from the Australia sugar mill in Cuba’s Las Villas province at dawn today to look for a light aircraft down somewhere in the surrounding swamps with Raul Castro aboard Raul, brother of Cuba’s Premier (Dr. Fidel Castro) and chief of Cuba’s armed forces, was missing yesterday over the Cienaga de Zapata swamps during a search for a helicopter The Cesna light aircraft in which Raul Castro was flying with three other men had enough fuel for only one hour's flight
Three other aircraft also went out after the helicopter ,which was carrying the Air Force chief, Major Pedro Luz Diaz Lane. The search planes found the helicopter in an inaccessible part of pie swamp and reported that Maior Lane was not injured. I
