WHITE’S TRAVEL SERVICE
Christchurch Office Taken Over A. R- Guthrey and Company, Ltd., has taken over the assets only of White’s Travel Service <Christchurch), Ltd. In the takeover, Guthrey and Company has not assumed any of the liability of White’s Travel Service, Ltd., which is a separate firm and which was placed in receivership last month.
The location of the White’s business in Christchurch will be transferred from New Regent street, to Guthrey’s travel office in Cashel street.
The Auckland office of White’s Travel Service, Ltd., has been bought by a two-man partnership—Messrs R. K. Bions and H. Jenkins—and with a nominal capital of £lOOO will be renamed Bions Travel Agency, Ltd.
