Stolen Bonds Recovered
(NX. Press Association—Copyright) TORONTO, May 14. An insurance company has bought back 1,409,787 dollars worth of stolen bonds at 10 cents in the . dollar, the AttorneyGeneral of Ontario (Mr Kelso Roberts) said yesterday. The 10 million dollar robbery of the Brookville, Ontario, Trust and Savings Company occurred in May last year. AU but 310,000 doUars “has been accounted for or traced,” Mr Roberts said. Police now "know the identity of the ringleaders, their three accomplices and the ringleader of the gang who disposed of the loot,” he said. Investigations were continuing to coUect enough evidence for convictions.
