THE RESIDENCE Consists of 3 bedrooms, sunporch, lounge, livingroom with enamel coal range, kitchenette, E.L., bathroom with doulton bath and basin, detached washhouse. It is constructed of wood, in fair condition, but comfortable. OUTBUILDINGS Include woolshed, sheepyards, cowbail, garage, wnare and woolshed, all in fair order.
