GRAIN MILLS’ PRODUCTION
Value Of Output Increased The value of output from grain mills in 1957-58 showed an increase of £200,000 on the previous year, according to the latest Abstract of Statistics. The value of production was £4,700.000 last year, compared with £4,500.000. Main groups of products contributing to the output of this industry were: flour and wheatmeal, £3.004.000; bran and pollard, £391.000: prepared cereals. £441,000; other products, £629.000.
