For the second time in less than a year Magistrate Lyle Bollinger presided at a trial involving a member of his family. He fined his 16-year-old son. Richard, for speeding. Several months ago he fined his wife for illegal parking. “Two down and one to go.” he said today. He was referring to his 10-year-old daughter, Jane. —Robinson (Illinois), May 6.
