HIGHER TOBACCO PRICES
R.S.A. Hospital Comforts Fund Overtaxed
(New Zealand Pres* Association) AUCKLAND, March 4.
Because of the increased price of cigarettes and tobacco, the Auckland Returned Services’ Association this year has to find an extra £9OO to maintain its gifts to hospital patients. In an effort to raise this money, the whole proceeds of an Anzac Day film evening will go into the association’s hospital comforts fund.
