Future Space Traveller
Sir,—l fully agree, as must hundreds of others; with H. Thompson’s letter inf today’s issue commenting on the photograph of the small monkey being trained for space travel. .1 would like to know if there is anything we can do about it. Could a letter from the S.P.C.A. herd be sent to those authorities concerned in America? Even if it is just an indication that notice has been takeii of such practices, and that people are deeply horrified, perhaps it would cause them some thought on the matter. At any rate something so inhuman should not be just ignored, surely? —Yours, etc. JOHN. MawAMI
