FILM ON TOWN MILK SUPPLY
Board’s Latest Step In Publicity iHiw £eaiana Press Association, WELLINGTON, February 16. A large preview audience in Wellington saw the first documentary film produced for the Milk Board. Introducing the picture “Every Morning,” the chairman of the board (Mr L. V. Phillips) said many requests for an-informa-tive film had bpen received, but till now it had not been possible to meet the obvious demand. The film would be screened commercially and 16mm prints would be made available for screening to schools and to other organisations and institutions requesting it “We have pursued much of our public relations work through the schools." Mr Phillips said, “and we came to the conclusion that, if the job was done well, it would have to be done only once.” The production gives an overall—and often detailed—picture of the Dominion’s town milk supply from the cultivation of grass through to the delivery at tha home of the bottled paateuriaed milk.
