Blue Entered For Harold Park

(N.Z Press Association—Copyright) (Rec. 9 p.m.) SYDNEY. Feb. 16. The three-year-old New Zealand pacer Blue is likely to have his first start in Australia at Harold Park, Sydney, next Friday night. He has been entered for the Woonona Handicap, run over 11% furlongs. Blue has come from New Zealand for the Sydney and Melbourne Pacers’ Derby arid the Sires’ Produce Stakes. He has not raced since late December. Heats of the N.S.W. Sires’ Produce Stakes will be run on February 27, and the final on March 6. Blue is trained in New Zealand by A. B. Holmes, but will be prepared in Australia by A. Vassallo. Vassallo said today that Blue was in need of a run, and also needed the experience of racing under lights.
