Queen Mother At Treetops Hotel
NAIROBI, Feb. 16. The Queen Mother will spend tonight at the new Treetops Hotel, built near the site of the old one where on February 6, 1952, Queen Elizabeth II was told of the death of her father and her own accession tb the Throne. The then Princess Elizabeth and her husband, the Duke of Edinburgh, were at the start of an extensive Commonwealth tour when they stopped at the famous hotel built in the branches, of a tree and overlooking a salt lick to which, jungle, animals came.
