REGULAR TESTS FAVOURED
Australian Official’s Views (New Zealand Press Association) AUCKLAND, February 15. _Mr J. Russell, manager of the New South Wales lawn tennis team touring New Zealand, believes there yhouid be regular test matches between Australia and New Zealand. Mr Russell, who is vice-president of the New South Wales Lawn Tennis Association, was speaking at the Prize-giving ceremony of the international invitation tournament on Saturday. He could see no reason why there should not be a regular interchange of tours between the two countries, he said. He proposed to return to Australia as an advo- • cate of this.
