CONFERENCE ON DISPUTE
Mr W. Williamson To Attend
Mr W. Williamson, managingdirector of the W. Williamson Construction Company, lAd., which is Involved in an industrial dispute with the Canterbury branch of the Amalgamated Society of Carpenters and Joiners, will attend the adjourned hearing of the compulsory conference on Monday. He said this yesterday on hi* return by air from Bangkok, adding: “There’s no show without Punch.” Mr Williamson was in Bangkok on business. He left Christchurch last Friday, while negotiations in the present dispute were under way.
