RIFLE SHOOTING
Christchurch Club The Christchurch Rifle Club fired the fifth two-range competition at Tai Tapu. The conditions were 10 shots and two optional sighters. each at 300 and 600 yards. A. McLachlan was the winner, and G. Peagram was second. With their handicaps both scored 96 out of a possible 100. D. F. Keir won the prize for top score off the rifle.
