RIDER FOR SIR BLINK

Williamson, has been engaged to ride the New Zealand-bred three-year-old Sir Blink in all his autumn engagements. Sir Blink will resume racing in the weight-for-age C. F. Orr Stakes at Caulfield on Saturday. His trainer, J. Godby, said today he was very pleased with the way Sir Blink had shaped since resuming training. Today the colt ran six furlongs in Imin 22sec easily at Caulfield. /Sir Blink has done a lot of striding Wprk, but has not really been pushed along yet. Godby has mapped out a solid programme for the colt, culminating in the £lO,OOO Queen Elizabeth Stakes at Flemington on March 14.
