Municipal Court Judge Joseph Butler fined the four 100 dollars each on charges of disorderly conduct and suspended- the fines. The defendants' counsel. Mr Michael Feldman, asked for leniency. This man. was invited here to see if we could reach agreement” Judge Butler told the men to carry a message to other refugees that they must "fight tn an orderly fashion.”
