Overseas Assets Lower

The latest figures of the level of the net overseas assets of the banking system as at December 31, 1958, as released by the Reserve Bank today, was £ 55.1 m, which compares with £ 59.7 m on December 24, 1958, and £ 44.7 m on January 1, 1958.
