Batista Flees
(Rec. 1.30 a.m.) NEW YORK, January 1
President Batista has fled from Cuba, Reuter reported from Havana today. A military junta headed by General Eulogio Cantillo has taken over the Government. United Press International quoted informed sources as saying that a revolutionary general strike was expected to take place in Cuba immediately.
