Mr Harry Bridges, the Austra-lian-born waterside union leader, went into Court today and Won th» right to marry his Nisei (Japanese-American) fiance; The Judge decided that an old Nevada law barring marriages of Caucasians and Orientals was invalid. “Marriage is a right, not a privilege,” said Judge Taylor wines.
