Poliomyelitis Cases In Auckland
(New Zealand Press Association) AUCKLAND, December 9.
There were five cases of poliomyelitis, one of them fatal, in the Auckland health district last month, but not one has been reported so far this month. It was usual to get some cases of poliomyelitis this time of the year and there was no sign of an epidemic, the Deputy-Medical Officer of Health (Dr. C. E Anderson) said today.
