Two Appointments To Board
The chairman of the board of the International Harvester | Company of New Zealand. Ltd. I (Mr J. M. Burdette) announced yesterday that Mr G. E. Mathieson, of Auckland, and Mr C. C. Treeby. of Christchurch, had been elected members of the board. Mr Mathieson, who comes from Invercargill, joined the company there early in 1927. and has been stationed in branches in both islands. After seven years in Christchurch he went to Auckland as manager in 1950. Since 1953 he has been district manager for the North Island. His new post will be director of sales.
Mr Treeby joined the company in the middle of 1928 and has held various positions in Christchurch. He is at present manager of supply and inventory, and will continue in that position.
