First Leg At Winton "The Press" Special Service INVERCARGILL, October 1«. The Winton Jockey Club’s spring meeting on Saturday has drawn more northern horses than lor some years. Some Interest will be shown In the form of the top-weight. Flair, in the Soldiers’ Memorial Handicap. He has worked in his best style at Invercargill and is the only New Zealand Cup candidate to race at the meeting. The double will be on the Soldiers’ Memorial and the Lochiel Handicaps.
