“Revolution” Predicted

The Sicilian arrived from Britain a few days ago and has been unloading a commercial and military cargo.

Only 50 of 300 British policemen flown to Cyprus seven weeks ago to join the Cyprus police force have agreed to stay on, the “Daily Mail” reported. The policemen were recruited in England in June when the communal clashes in Cyprus were reaching boiling point and were given a three months’ contract, the newspaper said. Now the majority want to return to England at the end of their term, it said. o
