COMBATING FRUIT DROP...
Some seasons there is a heavy loss through the dropping of immature fruitlets due to imperfect pollination. Science now helps to combat this trouble by the use of a hormone liquid which can be sprayed on 1 the blossoms of apple and pear and also tomato. Tliis fruit-fixing hormone has proved remarkably effective in preventing fruit drop.
