SPRINGS COUNTY COUNCIL. Public Notice under the Forest and Rural Fires Act, 1955, Section 24 (2), and the Counties Act, 289, is hereby given to owners of property overgrown with gorse, broom, or other inflammable material thereon, to remove or otherwise clear such properties to prevent or minimise the risk of fire in that area. Failure to comply with the requirements of this notice within one month from this day may result in the Fire Authority carrying out such work as a charge on the land.
