Charge Made By Nationalists
(Rec. 8 p.m.) NEW YORK, Sept. 22. But nine years of terror and propaganda had failed to fill the Chinese people’s thirst for freedom. he said.
There was a boiling, seething mass of bitterness, resentment and revolt. The Government in Formosa was the only freely-elected government of the Chinese people, Dr. Tsiang said. “It is the only Government that can truly represent the entire Chinese people in the United Nations.”
