(New Zealand Press Association) NEW PLYMOUTH. September 21. A car parked in an unusual position led to the arrest of two men in the spare parts department of Taranaki Bulk Topdressers. Ltd., at New Plymouth early this morning. Constable D. H. Scott noticed the car parked outside the premises shortly after midnight and he informed the central police station. Detective R. W. Silk and Constable C. P. Goldup were quickly on the scene. The building was in darkness but a door was open and movements were heard.
