Y.M.C.A. Tournament At Hamilton
(New Zealand Press Association) HAMILTON, September 10. The sixth national Y.M.C.A. tournament concluded in Hamilton today. Eleven teams took part.. The activities included basketball, volleyball, table tennis, rhythmical gymnastics. apparatus exercises. Bible readings, impromptu speeches and prepared speeches. Results were:— Nelson. 96 points, 1; Christchurch. 89, 2: Hutt Valley, 87. 3; Invercargill A, 76, 4; Hastings. 67, 5: Wellington, 57. 6; Hamilton, 56, 7: New Plymouth, 55. 8.
