Boxing WELTER-WEIGHT FIGHT
Williams Wins Title Bout Elimination (New Zealand Press Association) GISBORNE, Sept. 7. Bobby Williams (lOst 51b), of Christchurch) beat Henroi Forsyth (lOst), a Samoan, of Wellington, on points over 10 rounds, at Gisborne on Saturday, in an elimination contest to decide the right to meet Peter Graham (Gisborne) for the New Zealand welter-weight boxing title at Gisborne on September 24. Williams was the more aggressive and took a clear decision, although Forsyth was elusive and defended cleverly.
