TALKS ON CYPRUS

Foot Arrives In Britain (Rec. 10.20 p.m.) LONDON, September 8. The Governor of Cyprus, Sir Hugh Foot, will have talks on the tense Cyprus situation with Mr Macmillan this weekend at Chequers, the Prime Minister's country residence.
