ENTRY VISA REFUSED

Soviet Leader
(N.Z. Press Association—Copyright) (Rec. 11 p.m.) MOSCOW, August 31? The Finnish Government has refused an entry visa to Otto Kuusinen, a member of the Soviet Communist Party Presidium the Soviet News Agency, Tass, announced today. He was to lead a fraternal delegation from the Soviet Communist Party at the congress of the Finnish Communist Party. Kuusinen is Finnish born and at 77 he is one of the oldest members of the Soviet Communist Party. He was a leader of the Finnish party.
